The Alex Kim Foundation, together with Bethel Christian Church, invites you to the Healing Through Change Fall Health Fair on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at 2300 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

This free community event will offer a wide range of health screenings and services, including:

Lipid Panels
Glucose Checks
A1C Tests
Blood Pressure Screenings
EKGs (Electrocardiograms)
Podiatry, Vascular, Family Practice, and Cardiology Screenings

Along with free services, enjoy haircuts, tacos, raffles, and more—all while supplies last.

The health fair is designed to support individuals who are uninsured or facing financial hardship, helping our community access the care they deserve.
